All the products are from local farms. Menu Snacks pre-lunch: goat cheese chips and Iberian products. Starters: watercress butter, Canarian pate (almogrote), local "chorizo" (chorizo palmero) and traditional chickpeas stew. First Dish: Canarian cream of courgettes with gofio and fresh cheese. Main Dish: Roasted suckling pig shoulder accompanied with sweet vegetables, green mojo sauce with almonds, green salad and traditional "papas arrugadas". Desert: Frozen yoghurt with figs.
