This Biosphere Reserve is located in the northeast of Tenerife. The first half of the trail presents a medium trekking difficulty, as we will be hiking up the mountains. This circular trail includes a path through the laurel forest and a visit to one of the two most amazing viewpoints of the island. The trekking path starts in the village of Chamorga. This village surrounded by the Anage mountains is one of the most characteristic towns of the traditional Canarian culture.
In the second half of the hike, the walk follows the ridge of the Anaga mountains heading to the northeast corner of the island. This is where we are awarded memorable and breathtaking views at Chemorga. It is to put it simply - nature and beauty at their best!
Once we returned back to the town, traditional Canarian food will be served and rightfully earned!

Ascent: 418 m Descent: 418 m Total distance: 6.4km Trekking duration: 4 hours We will walk in descending trails, but some parts can be intense. Please, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, preferably, hiking boots. Also, don't forget to bring a cap and sunscreen. Bring at least 1.5 litres of water per person. Don't forget your camera.
