Balearic Helicopters has been flying in Mallorca for over 16 years. It is overseen by Jonny Greenall who previously worked for Slone Helicopters in Mallorca and was the Base Manager there for more than seven years.
They are based in Son Bonet, Mallorca’s original airport which opened for the first time in 1936. It’s located 5 miles north of the city of Palma, offering a great accessibility with the motorway running alongside, bus service and its own train station (Pont D'Inca Nou).
Since 1964 when Son Sant Joan (Palma International) Airport opened just 5 miles South East, Son Bonet became to be the General Aviation Aerodrome.
Its location makes the perfect place for training or leisure sightseeing tour.
