Initially, Blue Elephant restaurant was established in Brussels in 1980 then London in 2986, Copenhagen in 1990 and Paris in 1991. In 2000, Chef Nooror and her husband discovered an old Thai chine building in Bangkok which inspired them to create a cooking school and restaurant in Thailand.
In 2002, the Blue Elephant Cooking School and restaurant was officially launched. The aim of this school is to develop and train chefs and food enthusiast to understand, discover and replicate Royal Thai cuisines.
The classrooms are fully equipped with high standard facilities that help students to get the best experiences throughout the course. Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors will share and teach you how to cook Thai cuisines.
